By playing on BadArcade (games.thebadgamer.in) you agree to these terms and to the main TheBadGamer Terms, of which this is a part.

1. Your account

BadArcade uses your single TheBadGamer account. You're responsible for activity on it. You must be 13 or older to play.

2. GG Coins & virtual items

GG Coins and in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you for entertainment. We may adjust rewards, prices and the economy at any time.

3. Fair play

Cheating, exploiting, automating, or tampering with scores is prohibited. Scores are validated server-side; violations may cost you coins, scores, or your account.

4. Content & conduct

Don't use the service unlawfully or to harass others. Games and assets are provided "as is"; availability may change.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued play means you accept the changes.
